December is all about Christmas. Lanterns, Lights, Christmas trees, Snowman and great foods. And speaking about great foods...Proud Filipina that I am, I'm so fond about eating 'kakanin' or what these things people know as rice cakes.Just discovered yesterday this yummy Bibingka that usually comes out only during Christmas season. I was so in a hurry to get to GT Tower yesterday to have a taste of Bibingkabon's bibingka (which never fail my appetite! :)). I'm just so glad they open a branch here in Makati.
A warm and a handful bibingka..just freshly baked. (sigh..) Just can't forgot how it taste. :D
